Waster Paper Pulping
The cardboard sheets are transported to the egg tray plant by the feeding system. The hydraulic pulper crushes the waste paper with water for 20 minutes (suggested proportion of 1:5 or 1:6), forming the paper pulp. The pulp is then adjusted for consistency in a homogenizer. The pulp flows into the finished pulp tank after uniform mixing.

Egg Tray Molding
Under the action of the vacuum system, paper pulp enters the egg tray moulding machine. Excess water is separated through the water vapor separation tank. Then the pulp fibers begin to bond together to form the shape of egg tray inside the mold.

Egg Tray Drying
The metal dryer begins to work to dry the semi-wet egg trays. Its special circulation fan and automatic dehumidification system drive hot air circulation to dry the wet egg trays. This ensures they meet the necessary quality standards.

Egg Tray Packaging (Optional)
This process is generally optional. The scattered egg trays are transported to the stacker where they are neatly arranged into stacks. Then they are moved to the packer for final wrapping and encapsulation.
